		Review the Talent Pool From the Talent seekers page of this website, click the Talent Pool button. Here you'll find diverse, experienced Talent in many categories looking for new opportunities. Click a photo or the View details link to access their profile page and resume.
		Find Talent...Get an Introduction Find the perfect candidate? Just click the I'm interested button on their profile page and we'll be in contact with you right away with the candidate's contact information. Afterwards, FiveChairs gives you carte blanche communication with candidates directly (no go-betweens to slow the process down!) Candidates, however, are never given your contact information until you supply it.
		Start receiving email "flights" Get notified via email when new talent are available in the Talent Pool. Choose the categories that interest you, and we'll send you the latest and greatest five candidates in those categories. No cost, no obligation, no long-term commitment. Just a time and cost saver to you in your search for top talent.
		Hire the Perfect Employee or Contractor! Last but not least…once you find the talent of your dreams and an offer is accepted, you pay FiveChairs only 9.9% of your new hire's anticipated first year compensation, or hourly contractor compensation - a fraction of traditional placement fees.
